Massage therapist graduated from the Kiné-Concept Institute in 2021 and member of the association of the Professional Massotherapist Network of Quebec (RMPQ), I offer my massage therapy services in Montreal to help people reduce their physical discomfort caused by movement repetitive due to work and daily actions.
My background, shaped by the arts community, greatly influences my therapeutic approach, which stands out for my empathy and my interest in the expression of the human body. The musculoskeletal system and its movements are for me a continuous source of inspiration that I explore with curiosity and kindness in the practice of my profession.
I want to support my customers in developing their proprioceptive quality, their well-being and their mobility.

What is Active Release Technique (ART) to Individuals, Athletes, and Patients? ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles. How do overuse conditions occur? Over-used muscles (and other soft tissues) change in three important ways: acute conditions (pulls, tears, collisions, etc), accumulation of small tears (micro-trauma) not getting enough oxygen (hypoxia). Dr. Stuart M. McGill is a professor emeritus, University of Waterloo, where he was a professor for 30 years. His laboratory and experimental research clinic investigated issues related to the causal mechanisms of back pain, how to rehabilitate back-pained people and enhance both injury resilience and performance. His advice is often sought by governments, corporations, legal experts, medical groups and elite athletes and teams from around the world.
His work produced over 240 peer-reviewed scientific journal papers, several textbooks, and many international awards. He mentored over 37 graduate students during this scientific journey.
During this time he taught thousands of clinicians and practitioners in professional development and continuing education courses around the world.
He continues as the Chief Scientific Officer for Backfitpro Inc. Difficult back cases are regularly referred to him for consultation. Any product associated with this website has been tested in Dr. McGill’s laboratory.
